- Create an account and log in.
- Navigate to the 'Services' section and select 'RERA'.
- Choose 'Register Ejari Contract'.
- Fill in the required details and upload necessary documents.
- Submit your application and pay the registration fee.
- Once approved, you'll receive your Ejari certificate via email.
- Visit the official Dubai Land Department website.
- Access the 'Registration and renewal of lease application' service.
- Complete the form with accurate information and upload required documents.
- Pay the applicable fees online.
- Your Ejari certificate will be sent to your registered email upon approval.
In-Person Registration
If you prefer a face-to-face approach, you can register at authorised Real Estate Services Trustee Centres or typing centres across Dubai.- Locate your nearest authorised centre.

- Pay the registration fee at the centre.

Essential Documents for Ejari Registration
